Delivery policy

THE DELIVERY POLICY

The delivery time will be confirmed by both customers and Artisans through phone, text message, or email. The customers may change the delivery date and time once. If the customers change the delivery for the second time, the deliver date will be decided by Artisans.

In case the customers would like to receive the products earlier than Artisans delivery date, the delivery cost will be vnđ 500.000 within Ho Chi Minh City.

Free delivery is considered depending on the purchased value and if within Ho Chi Minh City.

Customers are responsible for checking the products during delivery to make sure that all are in proper order. All complaints about missing and broken parts must be reported and written in the Delivery Note. All complaints about the product after the customer received and sign the Delivery Noted will not be subject for exchange and refund policies.

THE ASSEMBLY POLICY

Assembly is free of charge within Ho Chi Minh City. Customers that are not located in Ho Chi Minh City will be provided with an instruction or an Assembly Manual. Items that requires installation or fixing to walls and ceiling will be by customers.
