WARRANTY POLICY
Fabric, leather items are covered by a 12 months warranty period and a 5 years warranty period for the sofa and armchair frames.
All decor accessories such as painting, blankets, ceramics, cushion, etc. are not covered by warranties or exchange.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
All products, which are defective by technical oversight during its manufacturing process or installation are guaranteed.
The following cases are not guaranteed:
- Products that were deformed by mechanical impact or by external force
- Products that were damaged by animal bites, insects, rodents, or damaged by humidity, burnt, explosion, natural disasters or misused.
- Products that are tampered during the warranty time.
- Products that were purchased from the other stores.
- Products with no invoices or proof of purchase from Instore Furniture.
- Products without warranty slip.
- Products that are beyond its warranty period.
THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For online purchases and customized orders, Instore Furniture reserves the right to charge 30% of the purchase price for charges or cancellation of orders after 48 hours of sale.
THE ASSEMBLY POLICY
Assembly is free of charge within Ho Chi Minh City. Customers that are not located in Ho Chi Minh City will be provided by an Instructional Assembly Guide.
